Je kan<br>je leren verhouden met dat aspect van jou en dan klinkt het nog anders: \u201ciets in mij is verslaafd en ik<br>kan dit opmerken\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik zie vaak dat mensen helemaal samenvallen met hun problemen. Ze zijn hun probleem. Het is<br>alsof er niets anders meer is. Het is heel begrijpelijk omdat het probleem er ook altijd is en de<br>confrontatie ermee voelt als iets heel zwaar. Welk probleem mensen ook ervaren, met zichzelf, met<br>anderen of met aspecten van de omgeving (je mag het dus zelf invullen) , het maakt deel uit van hun<br>leven. Ik durf stellen dat ieder van ons grote en minder grote problemen ervaart in z\u2019n leven. Dat<br>lijkt me onvermijdelijk. Het betekent niet dat we ons hele zijn moeten laten samenvallen met die<br>problemen. Die volledige identificatie is niet helpend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Differentiatie is helend. Wat kan je zien naast het probleem of voorbij het probleem? Weet dat we<br>in psychotherapie daar ook op zoek naar gaan.
